Simon developed and launched the iViewProperty video tour concept in 2011 after seeing online video take off as a powerful marketing tool across almost every sector outside of property. The challenge was to produce a video style that genuinely added value to estate agents, vendors & buyers alike, at a price that made it applicable across the housing market. Having personally filmed thousands of properties we like to think he’s done a pretty good job of introducing genuine video tours to the UK estate agency sector.
