Factory Zero develops, produces and supplies all components required for a complete zero on the Meter home makeover with performance guarantee. These components are constructed in such a way that the principle of 'plug and play'​ is applied at the construction site. We produce these components ourselves or in close collaboration with innovative partners from the construction industry. Organizing scale, which means lowering prices considerably and products are getting better, is a key factor here. Multidisciplinary teams work on integrated façade technology, on-site sustainable energy production, smart heating and cooling systems and new production and assembly techniques.
