When it comes to attractive returns on investments in real estate projects, so far only institutional investors, such as banks or investment funds, have benefited from it. Retail investors were left out of these direct investments because they did not have the required investment volume. BERGFÜRST now also publishes this asset class for private investors. They use the platform to raise the necessary capital together. So anyone with small amounts from just € 10 can be there and all receive the conditions of which otherwise only professional large investors benefited.
